China Water Resources is a science and technology journal in the water sector, under the supervision of the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China and sponsorship of China Water Resources News. It is one of the top-100 journals and a semi-monthly publication, with 24 issues per year, distributed domestically and internationally.
Founded in 1950, China Water Resources covers various aspects and fields such as policies, laws and regulations, planning, design, scientific research, technology, construction, production and management. The readership spreads throughout the water sector, relevant industries, research institutions, colleges and universities all over China.

The advertisement in this journal must strictly comply with rules and regulations of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China. The contents of advertisements should be true and legitimately acceptable. Contents that fail to comply with relevant regulations may be deleted and modified or rejected.
Advertisements and academic content are completely separated, and the placement of advertisements will not affect the editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance. In the event of a conflict of interest, information will be disclosed in accordance with relevant guidelines.
Advertisements can be designed and produced by Party A or commissioned by the editorial department of this journal. The format is JPG/TIF/PSD, with a resolution of 300 dpi. For single-issue advertisements, Party A shall provide the draft to Party B no later than the 20th day of the previous month. For double-issue advertisements, Party A shall provide it to Party B no later than the 8th day of the current month. The full-page color advertisement is sized 210mm × 285mm, with 3mm of bleeding left on the upper, lower, and left sides. The bleeding size of the sealed advertising tape is 420mm × 291mm.
